Katakolon, Greece

Katakolon is the gateway to the ancient ruins of Olympia, the site where the first Olympic Games were held. We were not interested in doing any of the shore excursions, so we decided to just walk around a little near the port. The town is small, but very picturesque, a delightful place to walk, with shop windows filled with interesting things. Along the bay side, there were lots of open air cafes, where Tina found herself a "Greek god" We thoroughly enjoyed our walk.
